Absorb, dwell a concrete degreaser, agitate, then rinse. Pressure alone pushes oil into the broom finish and down the pad.

The sequence
Cat litter or an oil absorbent on a wet puddle. Let it sit, then sweep it up and bag it. Do not hose the spill first — water carries oil across the pad. An old dark stain has nothing left to soak up. Skip to the degreaser.
A peroxide concrete and driveway cleaner goes in a foam cannon or a pump sprayer. The washer still pumps water. Bleach, solvent, and toilet cleaner never go through the inlet — and they do not belong in the cannon bottle either.
Follow the bottle for how long it sits. Shade is better than full sun. Do not let it bake dry. A stiff brush on the spot lifts what the chemistry loosened. More dwell beats more PSI.
Green 25° or white 40° to push the loosened oil toward the street. Keep the fan moving. A stalled 0° red tip or a turbo nozzle etches broom-finished concrete. They do not dissolve oil. They spread it and scar the pad.
A shadow that remains gets another degreaser, dwell, and brush — not a closer tip. If the rest of the pad is dirty, wash it after the oil is lifted. That sequence is the driveway how-to.
Pressure shears oil into smaller droplets and drives them into the pores and the next expansion joint. You get a bigger, lighter smear. The lift is degreaser sitting on the stain, then a brush, then a rinse.
Green 25° is the everyday concrete fan. White 40° is the gentler rinse when you are only flushing suds off the spot. Yellow 15° is for gum and tire marks on the driveway how-to — keep it moving. It is still not an oil solvent. The 0° red tip and a turbo nozzle stay in the drawer on broom-finished concrete. Confirm the hole on the tip chart before you click a pack.
Same rule as the foam and soap guide. The pump sees water. The cannon or a separate pump sprayer sees the degreaser. Solvent and bleach never go through the inlet. Flush the cannon with clean water when you are done.
